Tree Country accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. - Where do you ship?

Tree Country ships Australia wide. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Local delivery and click and collect?

Local delivery is an option available to customers who live nearby to our Tree Country store in Chelsea. Delivery is free for all orders over $20 to the suburbs of Chelsea, Chelsea Heights, Edithvale, Bonbeach and Aspendale.
Please make sure you have left instructions for safe parcel drop off and a phone number to contact.
Select ‘pick-up’ at the checkout. Click and collect is available Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 2pm from the store at 410 Nepean Highway, Chelsea. You will receive an email notification once your order is picked and ready to collect, usually within 24hours of ordering.
Once you have your notification, you can collect any time during business hours (Tues - Sat 9:30 to 4).

Tree Country uses Australia Post to deliver parcels. Due to Covid-19, there is currently a strain on the postal system and parcels are taking longer than normal to arrive. Please refer to your parcel tracking information to stay up to date on how far away your order is.
The shipping costs are:

Free shipping for orders $100 and over. The shipping will update automatically at checkout.

- Return

You are able to return an item within 14 days of its purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for gift cards and perishable goods such as plants, candles, and food items. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept earrings, hair pieces and face masks.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be granted and it is up to our discretion to determine when that maybe appropriate.
Should you need to return your item via post, it is recommended that you use a postal service that can leave a calling card. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the returned item is packaged in an appropriate way to avoid any breakages. The cost to return the item is to be incurred by the sender.
- Refunds and exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds on sale items. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Should you want to exchange an item, the conditions regarding returns apply.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it has been inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
It can take some processing time before a refund is received in your account.
